Monocrystals from PGMs and high-melting point rare metals

Metals in the form of monocrystals and polished monocrystalline discs of high purity represent a unique material for research and for manufacture of products with high operating parameters.

Areas of application:

  • nuclear technique;
  • fuel energy;
  • electronics;
  • preforms for semi-fabricated and fabricated items;
  • scientific research targeting at physical and chemical properties and obtaining new referential data.


    GINALMAZZOLOTO develops and fabricates monocrystals and discs from the following metals:


The minimum diameter of a monocrystal is 5 mm. Thickness of the discs is from 0.5 to 5 mm. The monocrystals have an optimized structure; the deviation of the blocks does not exceed 1 degree.

The maximum deviation of the monocrystal's geometrical axes is 3o. The maximum deviation of the surfaces of the polished discs is 1 degree.

New generation of unique equipment is used for growing the monocrystals.

We offer to our customers a package deal for:

  • Growing of monocrystals from the customer's material;
  • Technical documentation for the implementation of technology under a license
  • Scientific and technical co-operation within the production activity.
