GINALMAZZOLOTO's scientific and technical achievements
- Technology of treatment of the electronic scraps containing
precious metals with the "royal cocktail", catchment of industrial
exhausts and utilization thereof in the process of dilution of
raw material.
This technology allows for the increase of production rate by
18.2%, for reducing the operating costs by 5% and bringing to
a lower level the environmental damage caused by industrial exhausts.
The "Sholkovo Secondary Precious Metals Plant" has implemented
this technology on an industrial scale.
- Optimized process of gold refining with chlorine (the
"Miller process"), which includes the processing of chloride slags.
This technology is based on application of purely domestic equipment.
The refining flowsheet is 1.5 times shorter and provides an efficient
treatment of chloride slags (including those with low silver content)
without any specific reagents. Implemented at the "Sholkovo
Secondary Precious Metals Plant".
- Standards of metals balance discontinuity for refineries
and smelters.
GINALMAZZOLOTO provides services for the elaboration of standards
of metals balance discontinuity in the precious metals industry.
The standards developed by GINALMAZZOLOTO have been approved by
the state authorities in the precious metals sector and are currently
applied at the "Novosibirsk Precious Metals Refinery"
and "Prioksky Precious Metals Plant", and are ready
for the approval at the "Sholkovo Secondary Precious Metals
Plant".
- Processing of Al-Pt and Al-Pd spent catalysts.
This technology consists of processing of the secondary feed,
which has never been processed before. It has been implemented
at the "Verchnedneprovsk Metallurgical Plant" (Volnogorsk)
and as a result, additional amounts of 15.4 tons of platinum and
6.3 tons of palladium have been produced.
- Installation for water desalination via electro-dialysis.
The application of this device makes it possible to create an
ecologically pure sector within a water supply system, to bring
down the consumption of electric power, to reduce the servicing
area and to reduce the purified water costs from RUR 755 to RUR
20.2 per square meter.
